Recent Project:

Monitoring Political Discourse

In recent years, researchers and decision-makers have become increasingly interested in studying international discourse. New technologies for automated and human analysis including tools for searching through massive amounts of texts to curate relevant data, have made this research possible.

To assist a research team and Hebrew University, The Research Software Company built a custom database and content-analysis system which required gathering data from hundreds of online news and information sites and organizing the data in a way that was helpful to the research team.

The project uses Postgreql to hold the documents, Stanford CoreNLP for analysis and Elasticsearch for searching.
